Vetty has announced details of its partnership with Instant Teams, a company focused on connecting military spouses with remote employment opportunities that support financial stability and long-term career growth.
Military families frequently relocate due to service commitments, making consistent employment difficult to secure. Instant Teams addresses this challenge by building remote customer experience teams for growing brands, but as hiring demand increased, the organization faced bottlenecks in areas such as background checks and international verifications processes that can be complex, time-consuming, and costly. To scale more effectively, Instant Teams partnered with Vetty to streamline and modernize its hiring operations.

The collaboration centered on three priorities: speed, scalability, and responsive support. By refining workflows and improving verification processes, the partnership produced measurable outcomes. Turnaround times for hiring were reduced from six days to four without compromising quality, overall speed-to-hire improved by 33%, and 425 professionals were successfully hired and onboarded in less than six weeks ensuring the talent pipeline remained strong during a period of rapid growth.
Erica McMannes, Founder and CXO of Instant Teams, said Vetty approached the partnership with a strong focus on understanding operational needs and adapting solutions accordingly. She noted that this collaborative approach enabled the organization to maintain hiring momentum while supporting its mission of creating meaningful employment opportunities for military spouses.

Vetty CEO Jason Putnam highlighted the dual impact of the partnership enhancing hiring efficiency while supporting individuals whose career paths are often disrupted by military life. He emphasized that optimizing workflows, improving forecasting, and accelerating onboarding helped both organizations achieve their goals while enabling military spouses to start work sooner.
The partnership reflects a broader shift toward mission-driven hiring and technology-enabled talent acquisition. By combining Vetty’s hiring acceleration capabilities with Instant Teams’ focus on purpose-led employment, the collaboration demonstrates how technology and workforce innovation can support both business performance and community impact.
Putnam is also scheduled to join Instant Teams’ upcoming Virtual CX Summit on March 2, 2026, for a fireside chat with CEO Liza Rodewald titled “CEO Forecasts: The Year Ahead,” where they will discuss strategies for strengthening customer relationships and navigating the evolving CX landscape.
