  • Prominent article placement on HR Technology Insights
  • Feature promotion in the HR Technology Insights email newsletter
  • Extended reach via our LinkedIn and other social media channels
  • Cross-network amplification through partner sites and affiliated newsletters when appropriate

  • Analysts, consultants, and leaders from marketing, advertising, and technology research/advisory firms
  • Executives from associations, think tanks, and academic institutions specializing in digital transformation, data privacy, and marketing innovation

  • We cannot accept articles from vendors, suppliers, technology partners, or outsourcing firms that are written primarily to promote products or services.
  • Authors must not hold roles in marketing, sales, business development, or PR when submitting as experts. Their role should be technical, strategic, or thought leadership–oriented.

  • A short author bio (50–100 words) and professional headshot must accompany each submission.
  • Bios should avoid promotional language (e.g., “leading provider of…”).
  • Contact details may be included if the author wishes to be reached directly.

Articles must be:

  • Original and exclusive to HR Technology Insights (and its network). Content previously published elsewhere will not be considered.
  • Non-promotional. Articles should not market a company, product, or service, either directly or indirectly.
  • Actionable and insightful. Each article should provide recommendations, frameworks, or best practices—not just high-level commentary.

  • Deep dives into emerging trends in MarTech, CX, data, automation, AI, or privacy regulations
  • Analysis of hot topics creating excitement, concern, or confusion in the market (e.g., generative AI in customer engagement, cookieless marketing, data governance, etc.)
  • Early signals of emerging technologies or shifts that marketers should start preparing for
  • Actionable strategies for addressing common challenges or pain points in marketing technology adoption
  • Best practices drawn from case studies or field experience, with a balance of opinion and fact-based analysis

  • Use active voice (e.g., “Marketers should adopt…” rather than “It should be adopted…”)
  • Written in American English. We do not provide translation services.
  • Conversational yet authoritative tone—professional, but not academic or jargon-heavy.

  • We recognize that authors may use generative AI tools in research or drafting. If AI is used:
  • All data, statistics, and references must be verified for accuracy.
  • The final article must reflect the author’s original insights, expertise, and perspective.
  • Authors take full responsibility for the content submitted.

  • Word Count:1,000–2,000 words (excluding title, references, and bio). Longer submissions may be developed into a multi-part series.
  • Introductions:No more than 2–3 paragraphs. Quickly set context and move into insights.
  • Headings/Subheadings:Required for readability.
  • Headline:Clear, engaging, ideally under 8 words / 50 characters.
  • References:Use either superscript numbers with a references list or hyperlink directly within the text (preferred).
