Posh Launches CoachQA to Enhance AI Workforce Oversight in Financial Contact Centers

March 13, 2026
Event

Posh has announced the launch of CoachQA, a new solution designed to expand its Agentic AI Workforce platform by bringing artificial intelligence into quality assurance and risk oversight for financial institutions. The tool is built specifically for banks, credit unions, and other financial services organizations, enabling them to evaluate 100% of customer interactions against their own operational and compliance standards.

In many financial institutions, quality assurance processes still rely heavily on manual sampling. Managers typically review a very small percentage of calls often less than one percent of the total interaction volume to evaluate service quality, regulatory compliance, fraud risks, and coaching opportunities. As a result, the vast majority of customer conversations remain unreviewed, limiting the visibility leaders have into operational performance and potential risks.

CoachQA aims to address this gap by introducing continuous, AI-powered oversight across every interaction. According to Karan Kashyap, CEO of Posh, financial institutions often make critical decisions about compliance, customer experience, and operational performance based on incomplete data. By automating the evaluation of conversations at scale, CoachQA provides a more comprehensive view of agent performance and customer service quality.

The platform uses a proprietary approach called Retrieval-Augmented Evaluation (RAE) to analyze conversations. This method identifies key topics in each interaction, retrieves relevant institutional policies or procedures, and evaluates the conversation against those standards. Unlike traditional QA tools that rely on static scorecards or keyword-based analysis, CoachQA dynamically applies each institution’s specific standard operating procedures, scripts, and compliance requirements.

CoachQA also consolidates several oversight functions into one platform. These include detecting compliance gaps, identifying potential fraud or social engineering attempts, uncovering missed sales opportunities, delivering targeted coaching recommendations, and generating voice-of-the-customer insights across more than 50 service categories.

Because the platform evaluates every interaction instead of a limited sample, it allows organizations to identify patterns and coaching opportunities across all agents. Even high-performing employees may have occasional missed opportunities during hundreds of calls, and CoachQA can surface these insights to support continuous improvement.

The solution has been designed with strict security and governance requirements in mind. It includes automatic redaction of personally identifiable information, encrypted data storage and transmission, and full audit trails for all evaluations and recommendations. The platform also follows SOC 2 security architecture standards and can integrate with existing contact center infrastructure without requiring major system replacements.

By automating quality assurance at scale, CoachQA aims to reduce manual review workloads while improving visibility into compliance risks, fraud detection, and service performance. The tool also integrates with Posh’s AI training and simulation capabilities, enabling organizations to translate performance insights into targeted coaching and skills development for contact center teams.
