Her expertise includes placing executives in operations, engineering, and supply chain leadership roles.

Prior to joining Industra, Kivett spent nearly seven years at Charles Aris Inc., where she concentrated on industrial executive recruiting. Most recently, she served at Acertitude Executive Search, leading executive search engagements for private equity-backed organizations across multiple industrial subsectors.
