Waldinger brings nearly three decades of professional experience spanning HR technology, staffing, and enterprise software. During the early part of his career, he worked extensively within the HR and recruiting technology sectors, holding leadership roles across business development, marketing, sales, partnerships, and product strategy. His career includes positions at well-known organizations such as Robert Half, CareerBuilder, and Aquent, where he developed deep expertise in the talent acquisition ecosystem.
Later in his career, Waldinger expanded his leadership experience beyond HR technology into real estate investment and community management software sectors. He held executive roles at companies including Archstone, which was acquired in 2013, as well as UDR and FRONTSTEPS. Most recently, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at SambaSafety and Chief Revenue Officer at Snapsheet, where he helped scale SaaS operations and drive business growth.

Commenting on his appointment, Waldinger said that returning to the HR technology sector feels like a return to his professional roots.
