Fairview Health Services is launching a multi-year transformation initiative aimed at modernizing its core operational functions. Bose also noted that the organization will continue to rely on essential electronic health record systems such as Epic while integrating modern enterprise technology to support administrative and operational functions.

The adoption of Workday’s platform will allow Fairview to streamline how information flows across departments and improve decision making through unified data and analytics. Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) will centralize employee data and support more efficient workforce management processes. Meanwhile, Workday Financial Management will provide leaders with improved visibility into financial performance and organizational resources.
