Levitt joins Citadel from U.S. Bank, where she served as a senior Talent Consultant supporting national Asset Management and Commercial Banking teams. During her tenure, she worked closely with senior executives to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives related to compensation planning, organizational change, talent development, leadership coaching, and employee engagement. She also led the successful integration of more than 200 employees following a corporate acquisition and received U.S. Bank’s highest internal recognition for excellence in strategic execution.

Bill Brown, President and CEO of Citadel Credit Union, welcomed Levitt to the leadership team, highlighting her experience and leadership approach. She emphasized that the credit union’s mission of building financial strength for its members begins with empowering the people who support that mission every day. She added that she looks forward to supporting employees, enhancing the organization’s culture, and helping Citadel remain a strong place for professionals to build long-term careers.

Levitt holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgetown University. She also maintains several professional certifications, including Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credentials, along with specialized certifications in anti-racism leadership and Hogan assessment facilitation.

Levitt succeeds Mike Alieo, who is retiring after more than four years with Citadel Credit Union. His tenure contributed significantly to the organization’s HR initiatives and workforce development efforts. The appointment reflects Citadel’s ongoing commitment to leadership development, talent growth, and fostering a culture built on opportunity, transparency, and respect as the organization enters its next stage of expansion.
