DHI Group, Inc.has announced the appointment of Elizabeth Andora as Chief People Officer. She will succeed current Chief Human Resources Officer Pam Bilash, who is set to retire in April 2026 after more than a decade with the company.
Andora brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across the technology, software, consumer products, aerospace, and defense sectors. Her background includes expertise in talent management, compensation strategy, organizational design, global workforce expansion, and guiding companies through periods of growth and transformation.
Art Zeile, CEO of DHI Group, said Andora’s track record in human capital strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational scaling made her a strong fit for the role. He noted her ability to build high-performing cultures, strengthen talent strategies, and support leadership teams during change as key strengths as the company enters an important phase of development.

Prior to joining DHI, Andora served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Maxar Technologies, where she helped integrate teams and scale the organization through mergers while shaping a unified culture. Earlier roles include Vice President of Human Resources at DigitalGlobe and executive HR leadership positions at Eggplant, Inc., Rally Software (later acquired by CA Technologies), Webroot, Sun Microsystems, and Hewlett-Packard.
Andora said she looks forward to supporting DHI’s continued growth by advancing talent strategies, strengthening organizational design, and enhancing employee experience. She emphasized her focus on building people programs that evolve alongside business needs and empower leaders and teams to perform at their best.

She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Andora will take over from Pam Bilash, who will retire on April 1 following more than 12 years with DHI and a four-decade career in human resources leadership. Zeile recognized Bilash’s contributions, noting her role in shaping the company’s people-first culture, advancing mental health initiatives, and building a high-performing HR organization.
