Open Campus has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Le & Associates and SKALE to launch a credential-powered job matching initiative aimed at improving hiring transparency in Vietnam.
The collaboration combines Open Campus’s blockchain-based education ecosystem and digital identity infrastructure with Le & Associates’ recruitment expertise and SKALE’s AI-powered hiring platform. Together, the partners aim to enable job seekers to present verified educational achievements and credentials directly to employers, allowing companies to evaluate candidates based on authenticated skills rather than solely relying on self-reported résumés.
The initiative will initially run as a pilot program focused on high school and university graduates entering the workforce. The goal is to explore how trusted and portable digital credentials can improve alignment between job seekers’ validated skills and employers’ hiring needs.

Pham Thi My Le, founder and chairwoman of Le & Associates, noted that Vietnam’s rapidly evolving labor market often struggles with clearly signaling candidate capabilities. She emphasized that verifiable credentials could help employers gain more reliable insights into candidate skills while enabling job seekers to present their qualifications with greater credibility.
Truong Binh Nguyen explained that SKALE will contribute its digital recruitment platform to the initiative. By incorporating AI-driven screening and matching tools, the platform aims to shorten hiring cycles, improve candidate quality, and strengthen connections between employers and educational institutions.

From the Open Campus perspective, Jonah Lau said the initiative demonstrates how verifiable credentials and digital identity tools can be integrated directly into real-world hiring workflows. The project will allow learners to prove their achievements while providing employers with more trustworthy signals about candidate capabilities.
As the pilot progresses, the partners plan to use insights from the program to support broader adoption of Open Campus ID and verifiable credential technologies across Vietnam’s emerging talent ecosystem. The initiative reflects a growing global interest in using blockchain-based credentials to bridge the gap between education outcomes and workforce demand.
