AtWork Expands into Tysons with New Local Leadership

AtWork, a national staffing franchise focused on connecting job seekers with growing employers, has expanded its footprint with a new office in Vienna, Virginia. The location, operating as AtWork Tysons, is situated at 2106-F Gallows Road, near Kilmer Middle School.

The new franchise is owned and operated by Dan Garvey, a seasoned sales professional whose career spans military service and medical device sales. Originally from New York, Garvey earned his unlimited U.S. Coast Guard license from State University of New York Maritime College. He went on to serve as an officer aboard military vessels and later worked as a private contractor supporting U.S. Navy operations.

Over the past eight years, Garvey built a successful career in medical device sales, where he developed a reputation for building strong relationships and delivering solutions that positively impact lives. He now brings that same service-oriented mindset to the staffing industry.

Garvey said his experience navigating diverse career paths has shaped his passion for helping others find the right professional fit. Through AtWork Tysons, he aims to support job seekers across Tysons and neighboring communities, including Reston, Great Falls, Wolf Trap, McLean, and Vienna.
