The new franchise is owned and operated by Dan Garvey, a seasoned sales professional whose career spans military service and medical device sales. Originally from New York, Garvey earned his unlimited U.S. Coast Guard license from State University of New York Maritime College. He went on to serve as an officer aboard military vessels and later worked as a private contractor supporting U.S. Navy operations.
