Workable has unveiled a fully rebuilt Reporting Suite, representing a ground-up redesign aimed at giving organizations greater visibility and control over hiring and HR data.
Historically recognized for its intuitive interface and ease of adoption, Workable has now paired that simplicity with more advanced, enterprise-grade analytics capabilities. The new suite is designed to provide deeper insights for growing and complex organizations without increasing system complexity.
CEO Nikos Moraitakis acknowledged that reporting had previously been one of the platform’s less flexible areas. Rather than making incremental updates, the company opted for a complete rebuild. The result, he said, allows users to apply any field, filter, or configuration needed to generate meaningful insights.

A redesigned reporting experience
The new Reporting Suite introduces a range of capabilities designed to reduce manual data exports and spreadsheet work:
Custom Report Builder
Users can create reports from scratch by selecting data sources, fields, calculations, and groupings. This enables teams to generate insights such as source-to-offer conversion rates, department headcount trends, and turnover by location without relying on external BI tools.
Advanced Visualization Tools
Data can be transformed into charts, pivot tables, KPI widgets, and other visual formats. Teams can adjust views dynamically to identify trends, bottlenecks, and performance gaps across recruiting and HR workflows.

Custom Dashboards
Role-based dashboards allow leaders to consolidate multiple reports into one centralized view. Executives can track hiring velocity and budget alignment, talent acquisition teams can monitor pipeline health, and HR managers can oversee onboarding progress and workforce composition.
Flexible Filtering
Users can filter across virtually any data point from requisitions and assessments to offers and onboarding metrics enabling deeper analysis without exporting data externally.
Automated Sharing
Reports can be scheduled for automatic distribution, ensuring consistent updates for stakeholders without adding administrative burden.
Enterprise-ready governance
Alongside enhanced reporting, Workable has introduced customizable access controls. Organizations can define precise permission levels, such as finance-only views or region-specific administration rights. Dashboard and report sharing automatically respects user permissions, helping safeguard sensitive information while maintaining alignment across teams.
With this release, Workable positions its platform to better support data-driven decision-making for hiring and HR leaders operating at scale.
