Fasolo previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Johnson & Johnson, where he led global talent strategy across one of the world’s largest and most complex enterprises. During his tenure, he worked closely with senior leadership and the board of directors on succession planning, executive compensation, and organizational effectiveness initiatives that shaped long-term business performance.
