Open Campus, a community-driven decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) focused on building a blockchain-powered financial layer for education, has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Le & Associates and SKALE. The partnership aims to launch a credential-based job matching initiative targeting Vietnam’s growing talent market.
The collaboration will combine Open Campus’ education ecosystem and its credential and identity infrastructure with the recruitment expertise of Le & Associates and SKALE’s digital hiring platform. Through this initiative, job candidates will be able to share verified achievements directly with employers, allowing companies to evaluate applicants based on authenticated skills rather than relying solely on self-reported resumes. Additional implementation details are expected to be shared in the future.
HR Technology Insights: Skillsoft Leads the Shift to Skills Management for Workforce Readines
The pilot program will initially focus on high school and university students preparing to enter the workforce. It will explore how trusted, portable credentials can help align verified candidate skills with employers’ hiring needs, potentially improving the accuracy of job matching.
Pham Thi My Le, Founder and Chairwoman of Le & Associates, said that in Vietnam’s fast-moving labor market, both employers and job seekers often struggle to clearly signal and match skills and capabilities. She noted that verifiable credentials could help close this gap by providing employers with more reliable information while enabling candidates to present their achievements with greater clarity and confidence.
Truong Binh Nguyen, Chief Executive Officer of SKALE, said the company is pleased to contribute its online recruitment platform to the initiative. By leveraging AI-driven matching and intelligent assessment tools, he explained, the goal is to accelerate hiring cycles, improve talent quality, and create a more transparent and scalable connection between businesses and educational institutions.

He said the partnership will demonstrate how verifiable credentials can be integrated into real-world hiring workflows, helping students showcase their accomplishments while enabling employers to evaluate candidates using more reliable indicators of skills and capabilities.
As the initiative progresses, insights from the pilot program are expected to guide future developments in credential-based recruitment and support broader adoption of Open Campus ID and verifiable credentials within Vietnam’s talent ecosystem.
