Hudson Talent Solutions, a global leader in talent advisory and workforce solutions, today announced the launch of HudsonFlow, a major new component of its Hudson TalentFusion™ ecosystem. The debut of HudsonFlow marks a transformative shift in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), becoming the industry’s first delivery framework powered by Agentic AI while remaining firmly anchored in Hudson’s human-first philosophy.
HudsonFlow expands the company’s intelligent product suite—joining HudsonIQ and HudsonCore—within the broader Hudson TalentFusion™ digital ecosystem. These interconnected solutions have been built internally under the leadership of Stephanie Edwards, Chief Digital Officer and Global Head of Enterprise Solutions, with the goal of helping organizations attract and retain talent with greater accuracy, agility, and insight.
“HudsonFlow represents the next evolution in how we bring technology and talent together,”said Edwards.
“By embedding Agentic AI directly into our delivery model, we’re empowering teams to work smarter and faster while preserving the human connection that defines our approach.”

At the center of HudsonFlow is TESS, Hudson’s proprietary Agentic AI agent. Unlike traditional AI tools that respond only when prompted, TESS autonomously predicts needs, executes tasks, and optimizes outcomes across the talent lifecycle. This allows recruitment teams to eliminate administrative burden and redirect their energy toward strategy, relationship-building, and delivering measurable results.
While TESS introduces powerful automation, Hudson reinforces that HudsonFlow is not a standalone software product. Instead, TESS is fully embedded into Hudson’s service delivery model—ensuring clients benefit from cutting-edge AI paired with human expertise, judgment, and guidance.
This makes Hudson the first RPO provider to integrate an Agentic AI system directly into its delivery framework, setting a new industry standard.
The launch of HudsonFlow follows Hudson’s recent transformation from Hudson RPO to Hudson Talent Solutions, reflecting its broader mission to deliver integrated, end-to-end talent solutions that span permanent, contingent, and strategic advisory services.
Industry leaders see the evolution as timely.
“Enterprises increasingly want unified talent solutions backed by consulting, analytics, and technology,”said Lokesh Goyal, Vice President at Everest Group.
“Hudson’s repositioning and the introduction of HudsonFlow place the company on a strong path for future growth.”
HudsonFlow is now incorporated into Hudson’s modern solution architecture and will be available as an optional enhancement across select client programs. Existing clients can adopt HudsonFlow incrementally—by market, program, or contract cycle—to ensure smooth implementation.
“HudsonFlow represents an exciting new chapter in how we create value,”noted Jake Zabkowicz, Global CEO of Hudson Talent Solutions.
“By integrating Agentic AI directly into our delivery model, we’re elevating how talent solutions are designed and delivered—improving efficiency, strengthening insights, and unlocking new opportunities for scalable growth.”
