Alight Appoints New Solution Leaders for Leaves and Health Navigation

Alight, Inc. a cloud-based provider of human capital and technology-enabled services, has announced key leadership appointments aimed at strengthening its benefits experience across health, navigation, wealth, and leave management solutions. The company has named Karen Frost as Senior Vice President, Health and Navigation Solution Leader, and Kevin Curry as Senior Vice President, Leaves Solution Leader, with both appointments effective immediately.

In their new roles, Frost and Curry will lead coordinated go-to-market strategies across Alight’s health, navigation, and leave offerings, with a focus on delivering innovative, technology-driven services and improved user experiences for employers and their workforce.

Leadership for Health and Navigation

Karen Frost, formerly Vice President of Health Solutions and Strategy at Alight, brings extensive experience in health administration, compliance, wellbeing strategy, and benefits innovation. She played a central role in shaping Alight’s Total Wellbeing strategy and contributed to the development of its retiree health exchange. Known for her expertise in health policy and benefits trends, Frost has advised federal agencies and industry organizations on healthcare and compliance matters.

As Senior Vice President, she will guide the growth and strategic direction of Alight’s Health and Navigation solutions, aligning market strategy, insights, and service delivery to help employers enhance employee wellbeing and benefits engagement.

Leadership for Leave Solutions

Kevin Curry brings more than 20 years of experience in benefits strategy and organizational transformation. He previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at ReedGroup and later led the integration of ReedGroup into Alight following its acquisition. A recognized authority in absence and disability management, Curry has advised employers on optimizing leave programs to improve efficiency and employee outcomes.

In his new role, Curry will lead Alight’s Leaves solution strategy, focusing on enhancing service delivery, innovation, and client experience across absence management programs.

Alight also confirmed plans to appoint a new leader for its Wealth solutions business in the near future, further strengthening its leadership team across core benefits offerings.
