A new partnership between Truemed, a platform that enables qualified health purchases using HSA and FSA funds, and PeakOne Administration, a benefits administration provider, is designed to expand how employees use pre-tax health dollars for clinically supported wellness solutions. The collaboration aims to enhance flexibility for employees while helping employers improve benefits engagement and streamline administration.
Through the partnership, eligible PeakOne participants can now use Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds for a broader range of evidence-based health interventions. These may include certain fitness, nutrition, stress-management, and other medically supported programs that address or help manage specific health conditions.

The initiative reflects a growing shift toward benefits that focus on prevention and holistic well-being rather than only traditional medical expenses. By combining Truemed’s clinical and compliance-driven process with PeakOne’s benefits administration expertise, the partnership creates a seamless experience for both employers and employees.
Qualified participants can obtain a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) through Truemed’s network of licensed healthcare practitioners, confirming eligibility for specific health interventions under IRS guidelines. PeakOne then supports the claims process, ensuring that reimbursements and communications are handled efficiently and accurately. This coordinated approach reduces administrative burden while making it easier for employees to access and use their benefits.
