Unispace Expands EMEA Leadership Team with Key Executive Hires

March 9, 2026
Event

Unispace, a global provider of integrated workplace strategy, design, and construction services, has announced the appointment of Matthew Eastwood as Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The company has also expanded its regional leadership team with the appointments of Fleur Peck as Head of Workplace Strategy for EMEA and Kate Mason as Senior Principal for Workspace Design for EMEA.

These leadership additions come at a time when organizations worldwide are reassessing their workplace strategies. The shift toward hybrid work models, rising operational costs, and changing employee expectations are prompting companies to rethink how office spaces support collaboration, productivity, and business performance.

Unispace’s expanded leadership structure is intended to strengthen the integration of real estate insights, workplace strategy, design expertise, and project delivery across the EMEA region.

Matthew Eastwood joins Unispace with more than 25 years of global experience in real estate, workplace transformation, and operational leadership. Most recently, he served as Global Chief Operating Officer for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions division, a $21 billion platform supporting clients across more than 100 countries. In that role, he oversaw operational performance, governance, supply chain management, risk oversight, and technology transformation initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Eastwood led CBRE’s EMEA project management practice, where he significantly expanded the business. Under his leadership, the division grew from $260 million in revenue to more than $1 billion and managed over 11,000 projects annually across multiple industries.

Alongside Eastwood’s appointment, Fleur Peck joins Unispace as Head of Workplace Strategy for EMEA. With more than two decades of experience in workplace design and strategic consulting, she will lead initiatives that help organizations align workplace environments with cultural transformation, employee wellbeing, and business performance. Her role will focus on helping clients define workplace strategies based on clear operational goals and measurable outcomes.

Kate Mason also joins the company as Senior Principal for Workspace Design in EMEA. Previously with Woods Bagot, Mason has extensive experience as an interior designer and workspace specialist. At Unispace, she will lead early-stage project engagement, concept development, and design direction, working closely with organizations in sectors such as financial services, technology, luxury, and professional services.

Paul Saville-King, Group CEO of Unispace, said the appointments reflect the company’s continued investment in experienced leadership to support its integrated approach to workplace solutions. He noted that Eastwood’s expertise in transformation and operational delivery, combined with the design and strategy leadership of Peck and Mason, will strengthen Unispace’s ability to support clients throughout the entire lifecycle of workplace projects.

As Managing Director for EMEA, Eastwood will focus on aligning regional operations, strengthening client partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence across the region while maintaining consistent delivery standards globally.

Together, the new leadership team will help Unispace support organizations navigating workplace transformation while delivering workspaces designed to enhance performance, collaboration, and long-term business value.
