Udemy has introduced a new “Learn AI with Google” plan, expanding access to Google’s AI training resources for more than 84 million learners on its platform. The initiative aims to help individuals build practical AI skills and earn industry-recognized credentials as demand for AI talent continues to grow across industries.

The subscription marks Udemy’s first comprehensive AI-focused offering for individual learners. It combines Google-designed coursework with hands-on practice tools and access to advanced AI models, creating an integrated learning experience that goes beyond traditional video-based training.

Through the plan, learners gain access to multiple Google AI learning pathways, including programs such as Google AI Essentials, Accelerate Your Job Search with AI, and the Google AI Professional Certificate. Participants also receive instruction from Google experts and a three-month trial of Google AI Pro to practice working with real AI tools and models.

The program is designed to help professionals develop job-ready capabilities in areas such as generative AI, productivity workflows, and AI-driven problem solving. Learners can also earn recognized credentials that demonstrate AI fluency and practical experience an increasingly important signal for employers hiring for tech-enabled roles.

Udemy says the launch responds to a widening skills gap as organizations accelerate AI adoption. According to the company, a large share of global upskilling initiatives now focus on AI-related capabilities, reflecting how quickly AI tools are becoming embedded in everyday work.

Google’s involvement brings its existing digital skills training expertise to Udemy’s global audience, giving learners direct exposure to real-world applications and instruction from practitioners. The partnership is intended to make AI education more accessible and help professionals across fields from business and marketing to engineering and operations build relevant capabilities.

With the Learn AI with Google plan, Udemy continues to expand its AI learning ecosystem, positioning the platform as a destination for continuous upskilling as AI reshapes job requirements and career paths worldwide.
