TeamViewer Brings DEX Capabilities to Thrive's Managed Services Platform

Event

TeamViewer, a global provider of digital workplace solutions, has announced a new strategic partnership with Thrive, a leading managed service provider (MSP) in the United States with an expanding international footprint. Through this collaboration, TeamViewer’s Digital Employee Experience (DEX) capabilities are now integrated into Thrive’s NextGen managed services platform, enhancing insight, automation, and proactive service delivery across its ServiceNow environment.

Thrive’s NextGen platform is designed to provide customers with comprehensive operational visibility while simplifying the management of increasingly complex IT ecosystems. Built on Service Now, the platform unifies automation, artificial intelligence, security operations, and network operations into a single, scalable framework. By embedding TeamViewer DEX, Thrive gains deeper visibility into endpoint performance and employee experience allowing potential issues to be detected and addressed before they disrupt users, reducing unnecessary support tickets and improving service consistency.

The integration directly addresses a key challenge facing modern MSPs: transitioning from reactive, ticket-based support to proactive and continuously optimized IT operations. With enhanced DEX insights, Thrive can automate remediation and performance improvements directly within ServiceNow workflows, helping customers operate more resilient, efficient, and predictable digital environments.

“Our partnership with Thrive is centered on solving real operational challenges for customers,” said Oliver Steil, CEO of TeamViewer. “By combining our advanced DEX capabilities with Thrive’s platform, we enable a more proactive IT model where issues are identified earlier and resolved with greater accuracy.”

“Client experience is at the core of everything we do,” said Bill McLaughlin, CEO of Thrive. “This partnership reinforces our commitment to delivering peace of mind for our customers by meeting them where they are and consistently driving meaningful business outcomes.”

Scott Steele, COO of Thrive, added, “Thrive’s platform brings together AI, automation, and digital experience intelligence to elevate service delivery. TeamViewer is a natural partner, seamlessly integrating best-in-class DEX capabilities that strengthen operations and significantly enhance the end-user experience.”

The partnership reflects a shared belief that managed services must evolve beyond traditional monitoring and reactive support. By embedding Digital Employee Experience intelligence into Thrive’s platform, IT organizations gain the tools needed to improve workforce productivity, reduce disruptions, and position IT as a strategic driver of business performance rather than a cost center.
