Smartlinx Acquires StafferLink to Enhance Healthcare Ops

Strategic Acquisition Enhances Smartlinx’s Ability to Address Critical Staffing Challenges.

Smartlinx, a leading provider of workforce management solutions for senior care organizations, has acquired StafferLink, a provider of contingent staffing management software for the healthcare industry. StafferLink’s cloud-based Vendor Management System (VMS) and Agency Staffing Management (ASM) software products were purpose-built for healthcare facilities, agencies and managed service providers (MSPs) to source, manage and pay their contingent workforce. In aggregate, StafferLink is used to fill over 2 million shifts and manage over $1 billion of spend annually across more than 2,000 agencies. Together, Smartlinx and StafferLink will be able to deliver end-to-end solutions that enable healthcare organizations to optimize their utilization of full-time and supplemental staff.
