Wolt will deploy Legion’s comprehensive workforce management (WFM) suite to support its distributed workforce and evolving operational needs. The implementation will include capabilities such as labor budgeting, demand forecasting, labor optimization, automated scheduling, time and attendance, frontline communications, and strategic workforce insights. Deployment is already underway, with full rollout expected by 2026.
As Wolt continues to scale across multiple markets, the company sought a modern, flexible WFM platform capable of supporting diverse teams across different countries and languages. Legion’s solution will help standardize workforce processes while providing the agility required to manage a dynamic, multilingual employee base.
