By combining AI and automation, HastyHire enhances the speed, fairness, and quality of hiring decisions while supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals. Recruiters can set up a position, share an interview link, and receive structured reports -- all within minutes.
In addition to being ATS/HR/ERP integrable, HastyHire is accessible across devices and designed for technical and non-technical users.
Early adopters of HastyHire have reported up to 90% reduction in screening time, 70% interview completion rates, and stronger candidate-job matches. During its beta phase from March to September 2025, the platform conducted over 150,000 interviews in seven months, serving clients across Malaysia, the Middle East, and Europe.
Targeting the Southeast Asian market (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia) with plans to expand into the Middle East and Europe, Krenovator aims to onboard 500 companies and achieve 1,000,000 completed interviews within 24 months.
