Asymbl Unveils Recruiter Voice Agent, Expands Digital Labor Practice, and Enhances Recruiter Suite

October 8, 2025
Event

Asymbl, an innovative technology company within the Salesforce ecosystem, today announced a series of innovations to improve how organizations build and manage their workforce. The company introduced its Recruiter Voice Agent and enhancements to the Recruiter Suite, alongside an expanded Digital Labor Practice to help businesses assemble a hybrid workforce of human and digital workers. Each innovation was first proven inside Asymbl under its 'customer zero' model, underscoring the company's commitment to delivering measurable, outcome-driven results.

"Our 'customer zero' approach validates our vision for rethinking the modern workforce," said Brandon Metcalf, CEO and Founder of Asymbl. "These innovations go beyond recruiting to how organizations manage their entire labor force, combining human and digital workers to achieve breakthrough productivity and measurable outcomes."

Digital Labor: Assembling the Agentic Enterprise

Asymbl is expanding its Digital Labor Practice, enabling organizations to combine human and digital workers to become agentic enterprises. These digital workers contribute as active teammates, allowing human workers to focus on human-centric responsibilities and interactions.

Internally, Asymbl is on track to achieve more than 20 percent of workforce cost delivered through digital labor by year-end, with a clear path to 40 percent next year. This progress demonstrates proven outcomes and gives customers confidence to adopt digital labor at scale.

Through this practice, Asymbl helps companies:

  • Define labor strategy around jobs to be done and workforce motivations
  • Design and configure digital labor with the right data and technical setup
  • Operationalize digital workers through AgentOps, a coaching and management framework that ensures digital labor performs like any other member of the workforce

"Across Asymbl, we are onboarding agentic teammates in every department and achieving tremendous productivity gains," said Shivanath Devinarayanan, Chief Digital Labor and Technology Officer at Asymbl. "Digital labor is not theoretical for us; it is a core part of how we operate and deliver value to our customers."

Recruiter Voice Agent

Asymbl introduced the Recruiter Voice Agent, a conversational AI tool powered by Asymbl Intelligence and designed to leverage Agentforce. The agent supports key recruiting tasks such as:

  • Calling candidates to generate interest and screen for qualifications
  • Following up to schedule interviews and confirm details
  • Collecting references and gathering candidate details

The Recruiter Voice Agent is available in a limited release with select customers, with general availability planned for next year. Customers can expect to increase recruiter productivity by enabling them to focus on human-centric interactions while reaching more candidates more effectively.

Recruiter Suite Enhancements

Asymbl also announced enhancements to its Recruiter Suite, including a new generation of candidate search and matching powered by Asymbl Intelligence. This update introduces a natural language prompt-style interface and embedded search experience to transform how candidates are identified.

The Recruiter Suite further extends Salesforce Sales Cloud features to talent acquisition and staffing, allowing teams to apply proven innovations to talent sourcing, re-engagement, and employer branding.

Customers can use Salesforce-based Recruiter Suite alongside powerful Salesforce Sales Cloud and Agentforce capabilities such as:

  • Agentforce SDR Agent — to engage candidates with personalized outreach. The SDR Agent communicates with candidates directly through personalized emails, follows up automatically with smart nudges, schedules meetings with recruiters, and can handle candidate questions or off-topic replies using approved knowledge sources.
  • Sales Engagement — to attract and nurture candidates with automated outreach sequences, AI-driven task prioritization, and personalized communication at scale.
  • Conversation Intelligence — to capture and transcribe recruiter calls and video interviews, surface key themes like candidate questions or concerns, and deliver actionable insights directly in Salesforce workflows. This makes it easy to synthesize important call information, generate concise summaries, and quickly identify candidate takeaways and sentiment.
