Prior to joining Waterfield, Swappnna was with Jio Financial Services as Talent Acquisition Head – Special Projects for Jio BlackRock, where she led recruitment strategies and senior leadership hiring. Her career includes senior HR roles at global and Indian financial institutions. At Barclays, she served as Vice President and Head of Programmatic Recruitment for APAC, spearheading technology-driven hiring strategies across the region. She has also held positions with Deutsche Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), TechnoServe, Edelweiss, AMSEC, HDFC Securities, and Lehman Brothers, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the talent landscape in banking, financial services, and advisory sectors.
Recognised for her expertise in aligning HR programs with business objectives, Swappnna has led projects in recruitment optimisation, employer branding, and leadership pipeline development.
