Reliance Matrix Launches Enhanced ARTW Process

Reliance Matrix, a technology-driven employee benefits and absence management company, has released an enhancement to its market leading Text-Back technology. The new Actual Return to Work (ARTW) process streamlines the way employees on leave confirm their actual return-to-work date, making it more efficient and convenient for supervisors, HR partners and the employees themselves. Key Features of the New ARTW Process Include:
  • Two-Way Text Messaging: Employees will receive two opportunities to confirm their return-to-work date or provide a new return-to-work date along with a reason for the change.
  • Automated Email Notifications: Employers will receive automated emails when there is no response from the employee after the second text attempt, and as a courtesy to inform them of the employee's response.
