Before joining OutSolve, Rodrigues held leadership roles at AI coaching platforms Torch and BetterUp, where he focused on driving sales strategy and market expansion. He is also the founder of Engageworks.AI, an AI-driven go-to-market orchestration platform that integrates CRM systems, sales interactions, and market intelligence to generate real-time insights into buyer intent.
Earlier in his career, Rodrigues worked as a global strategic enterprise executive at Gartner, where he played a key role in expanding the company’s presence within cybersecurity and marketing technology sectors. His academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Evansville and a master’s degree in philosophy from The Open University. He is also a Fulbright Scholar.
