Key Enhancements to the Dayforce Partner Network

1. Expanded Service Delivery Partnerships:
Dayforce is collaborating with Deloitte, CGI, Align HCM, and HCLTech to enhance implementation capacity and industry-specific expertise. Additionally, the company has introduced an enterprise training subscription to support partner enablement and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. These initiatives are expected to speed up deployment timelines and improve implementation outcomes for global customers.

2. Strengthened Community Partnerships:
Under its Community pillar, Dayforce is launching a direct-to-private equity strategy, broadening its market reach alongside expanded collaborations with OMNIA Partners in the public sector and continued partnerships with Coretrust. This approach simplifies procurement, promotes earlier access to innovation, and connects organizations across private equity, public, and enterprise markets.

3. Technology & Innovation Alliances:
Dayforce is deepening its integrations across the HR tech ecosystem through new alliances with Microsoft, Docusign (for eSignature capabilities), Emburse (for expense management), and Go1 (for learning content). The introduction of a Carrier Partner Program further enhances benefits delivery through streamlined API integrations, improving user experience and reducing administrative complexity.

4. Ecosystem Growth and Co-Creation:
Two new initiatives will extend partner reach and innovation capacity. The Dayforce Resell Program allows trusted partners to expand market access while creating recurring revenue streams. Additionally, the Dayforce Developer Community provides a dedicated environment for partners to co-create extensions, build integrations, and innovate directly within the Dayforce ecosystem.
