DailyPay, the leading worktech platform specializing in On-Demand Pay and employee financial wellness solutions, has named Nelson Chai as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Chai brings over 30 years of executive experience across top-tier financial and technology firms. He has held leadership roles including CFO at Uber, where he oversaw financial transformation and led the company’s IPO, CEO of The Warranty Group, President of CIT Group, and CFO roles at Merrill Lynch and the NYSE. Earlier this year, Chai joined DailyPay as Executive Chairman, helping refine the company’s growth strategy alongside the Board and leadership team.
