Becklar Workforce Safety Launches First T-Satellite Enabled Remote Worker Protection Solution

November 14, 2025

Becklar Workforce Safety has introduced a major advancement in remote worker protection with the launch of T-Satellite compatibility for its WorkerSafety Pro application. The update positions WorkerSafety Pro as the first Digital PPE™ solution capable of delivering full safety monitoring and emergency response functionality in locations where cellular connectivity is unavailable.

Powered through T-Mobile’s satellite network and SpaceX Starlink technology, the new capability ensures uninterrupted protection for employees working in high-risk, hard-to-reach environments such as offshore operations, remote energy sites, forested regions, and other field locations.

“Our mission has always been to protect workers everywhere,” said Spencer Moore, Vice President at Becklar Workforce Safety. “By integrating T-Satellite with WorkerSafety Pro, we’re making that vision achievable for organizations whose teams operate in the most remote and demanding conditions.”

The enhanced solution features:

  • Automatic cellular-to-satellite failover to maintain continuous connectivity

  • Equal functionality across both network types, ensuring a seamless safety experience

  • Integrated dashboards and a unified safety portal for real-time employee monitoring

  • No need for extra hardware, as satellite connectivity requires only a compatible smartphone

With satellite-enabled functionality, WorkerSafety Pro remains fully operational even in areas far beyond standard cellular coverage. Safety leaders gain improved oversight, faster response capabilities, and confidence that their remote teams are protected at all times.

To implement the solution, organizations can leverage T-Mobile Business Satellite, along with compatible devices such as the iPhone 14 or newer, Samsung Galaxy S24, or Google Pixel 9, paired with the WorkerSafety Pro app.

Industries that stand to benefit most include remote healthcare, state and municipal fieldwork, oil and gas operations, forestry, utilities, maritime sectors, and emergency response teams—any environment where reliable, real-time safety support is essential.
