In this role, Carr will oversee sales, customer success, alliances, marketing, and channel strategy as the company strengthens its position in the workforce engagement and retention space.
Carr is a seasoned industry leader, having served as CEO three times and holding executive roles such as EVP at PeopleSoft, President of Saba Software, CEO of PeopleFluent, COO of Zenefits, and CEO of Inkling. Most recently, he was Vice President of Global Enterprise Sales at Docebo, a leading learning platform provider. Known for his expertise at the intersection of people, data, and technology, Carr has built a reputation for advancing learning, HCM, and B2B SaaS solutions while enhancing employee and customer experiences.
