Culture Amp, the leading employee experience platform, announced the results of its commissioned Total Economic Impact study conducted by Forrester Consulting. The study found that a composite organization with revenue of $500 million per year and 3,000 employees using Culture Amp achieved a three-year 311% ROI and a net present value of $2.3 million. The study evaluated the cost savings and business benefits of four anonymous customers using Culture Amp to determine financial impact over a three-year period. The representative interviews and financial analysis found that a composite organization experiences benefits of $3.04 million over three years versus costs of $739,000, adding up to a net present value (NPV) of $2.30 million and an ROI of 311%.
