The Total Economic Impact Study finds enterprise customers increased employee engagement by up to 20%, saved time and cost, and boosted profitability when implementing Culture Amp.

Culture Amp, the leading employee experience platform, announced the results of its commissioned Total Economic Impact study conducted by Forrester Consulting. The study found that a composite organization with revenue of $500 million per year and 3,000 employees using Culture Amp achieved a three-year 311% ROI and a net present value of $2.3 million. The study evaluated the cost savings and business benefits of four anonymous customers using Culture Amp to determine financial impact over a three-year period. HR Tech Insights: Chris Mander appointed as Chief Product Officer at Culture Amp “The research confirms the transformative impact our platform has for our customers,” said Didier Elzinga, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Culture Amp. “Culture Amp was founded on the insight that intentional culture and strong engagement drives business success. However, in a world where economic uncertainty is driving caution on costs, we wanted to explore a more transparent way of detailing the ROI of implementing a platform like Culture Amp. “When you implement Culture Amp, customers get much more than our market leading platform. Customers also receive professional guidance and support based on industrial and organizational psychology, what we refer to as “people science”, along with our best in class customer success teams and our engaged global community of more than 50,000 people leaders.” Designing a composite organization based on characteristics of the interviewee’s organizations, Forrester were able to reveal the representative ROI on cost and other benefits. The representative interviews and financial analysis found that a composite organization experiences benefits of $3.04 million over three years versus costs of $739,000, adding up to a net present value (NPV) of $2.30 million and an ROI of 311%.
