Sila Appoints Lindsay Caldwell as VP, People

Sila, a next-generation battery materials company, announced the appointment of Lindsay Caldwell as VP, People. Caldwell is a seasoned executive who has extensive HR expertise from diverse industrial sectors, including biotech, biopharma, and aerospace. Caldwell will assume responsibility for the company’s people strategy and the building of a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture. Caldwell’s experience leading teams at a number of companies specializing in manufacturing will support Sila in its rapid scale and industrialization phase, most notably in the ramp-up of Sila’s production capacity at Sila’s Moses Lake facility, the company’s first auto-scale manufacturing plant in Washington state.
