Points North, a leading provider of certified payroll reporting and prevailing wage compliance software, today announced it has signed a partnership agreement with Workday, Inc. This partnership will streamline certified payroll reporting, rate management, wage calculations, and other payroll compliance functions for businesses, reducing manual data entry and compliance risks.

Workday Payroll for U.S. customers will benefit from Point North's comprehensive suite of pre-payroll and post-payroll compliance tools to address critical challenges facing government contractors with:

  • Streamlined and efficient rate management
  • Automated complex wage calculations
  • Simplified generation of certified reports required by Davis-Bacon and related acts
  • Support for more than 100 reports, including federal, state, and local

The partnership directly addresses key challenges faced by businesses performing prevailing wage work. For example, generating a single certified payroll report for just five employees can take nearly an hour each week, and that time increases rapidly with larger teams and more complex projects. With Points North, this time-consuming task is streamlined, reducing errors and helping organizations stay compliant with complex labor laws while improving operational efficiency.

"This partnership is a game-changer for the industry," said Keith Pelatowski, CEO of Points North. "As demand grows for solutions that address prevailing wage and certified payroll compliance, especially in construction and trade businesses, our collaboration with Workday delivers exactly what clients need. By integrating our advanced compliance tools and deep expertise into the Workday platform, we're helping businesses stay ahead of regulatory requirements, drive operational efficiency, and remain focused on growth."

This announcement comes ahead of Points North's participation in Workday Rising, where the partnership will be showcased to more than 18,000 attendees.
