Dubey is an accomplished HR leader with more than 15 years of experience at Infosys, where she last held the position of HR Business Leader. Over her career, she has developed expertise in talent strategy, employee engagement, recruitment, and stakeholder management.
She earned her MBA in Human Resources & Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies, Jabalpur. Her appointment highlights Metro Global’s dedication to cultivating a resilient, people-centric culture that fosters innovation and sustainable growth across its global operations.
