Litespace, a Toronto-based AI startup in HR tech, introduced its AI Recruiting Agents. These digital teammates assess applicants at every stage of the hiring pipeline and maintain a live, unified profile for each candidate. By cutting manual sorting and back-and-forth delays, the system cuts time-to-hire by 70% and gives recruiters a clear, data-rich view of every applicant. Litespace AI reads each resume and researches online signals to set an initial score. It then conducts AI-led screening interviews with shortlisted candidates, helps plan human interview loops, and analyzes every conversation in real time.
