Andy Brockhoff as Vice President & General Manager for its Asia Pacific operations.
Andy Brockhoff has almost 20 years of experience in Enterprise Sales,
Leadership and Transformation in B2B, SaaS and Technology, including more than a decade of experience in North America leading and scaling SaaS and technology companies.

Joining Culture Amp in April 2024 in an interim appointment as Vice President of Global Enterprise and Mid-Market, Andy was appointed as Vice President & General Manager, APAC in September 2024.
Andy will lead the APAC division from Culture Amp’s headquarters in Melbourne, Australia. In his role as GM, APAC, Andy will continue to lead the business’ growth in its home market of Australia, with a particular focus on providing transformative
employee engagement and
performance management solutions to enterprise and public sector customers, followed by further expansion into Asia.

Career Highlights:
- Andy was President of North America and then Asia Pacific at Unit4, a people focused ERP provider. As regional lead he was responsible for growth, sales and business transformation while helping to drive in-market brand awareness.
- As Chief of Staff at Anaplan, Andy helped to drive achievement of Anaplan’s strategic vision during its IPO, working in close partnership with the Executive Leadership Team.
- Over a number of years at SAP as an Account Executive and then Chief of Staff, Andy led sales across Human Capital Management, managed customer escalation and resolution efforts, and increased operational effectiveness and through organisational change.
