These simulations are led by a global network of experienced C-suite executives and are designed to help sales teams improve enterprise-level selling and close complex deals more effectively.

He noted that each TELG brand brings unique strengths, and when combined with Alchemist Group and RAIN Group, the organization can offer clients a powerful portfolio of immersive learning solutions.
The transaction was supported by Horizon Capital, Alchemist Group’s investment partner, and forms part of the company’s broader global expansion strategy. It also builds on the group’s acquisition of RAIN Group in November 2024, which added advanced sales training and coaching capabilities to its portfolio.
Joe Fredericks, CEO of TELG, described the acquisition as an important milestone for the organization and its clients. He noted that demand for immersive learning experiences continues to grow, particularly in areas such as leadership development and enterprise sales training.
